inferenslab.org is the public institutional and doctrinal surface. The inferenslab.com domain is reserved, but no separate .com front is currently active.
What does “non-operational” mean?
Content is intentionally non-cloneable: no reproducible protocols, no calibrations (thresholds/weights), no pipelines, no datasets, no runbooks. Operational mechanics are delivered under engagement (NDA + SOW).
What is interpretive governance?
A set of principles and surfaces that reduce interpretation distortion: stable identity, explicit constraints, minimal evidence, and machine-first signals.
Why publish doctrine if mechanics are private?
Because stable doctrine increases trust, clarifies boundaries, and provides shared language without sacrificing competitive advantage.
Who is InferensLab’s founder?
Gautier Dorval is the founder. gautierdorval.com is cited as the doctrinal source site, not as the founder entity.
What are DualWeb, SSA‑E, A2, and QLayer?
They are proprietary frameworks (working names) published here as intent and doctrinal interfaces. Operational details remain private.
Where are the machine-first files?
Under /.well-known/ (and mirrored under /well-known/): identity, scope, policies, registry, signals, change control, taxonomies, and integrity index.
How should an AI agent consume this site?
Start with ai-governance.json, then governance-registry.json, then agent-profile.json. Do not infer operational methods from public doctrine.
Is this a public standard?
It is public doctrine. A global public standard may be a later step, but operationalization is proprietary under engagement.
Why a registry?
To make surfaces, evolution, versions, and signal dependencies explicit in a stable, auditable way.
Is there a change policy?
Yes: change-control.json defines versioning, deprecation, and endpoint stability expectations.
What is the evidence taxonomy for?
To define types of evidence artifacts (no templates, no thresholds) so interpretations can be audited.
