Governance

Govern through surfaces, signals, and integrity

Governance is not a PDF. It is an architecture of signals that makes posture explicit: identity, scope, publication policy, security, and integrity of public doctrine.

Key surfaces

  • Identity: clearly link inferenslab.org to inferenslab.com and official contact.
  • Scope: declare what is public and what is private.
  • Publication: make blocked content explicit (anti-leak).
  • Security: responsible disclosure and reporting contact.
  • Integrity: document index with hashes for stability.

Governance files (machine-first)

Canonical path: /.well-known/. Mirror: /well-known/.

Why the integrity index

An agent (or a human) should be able to verify quickly that the doctrine was not altered. The index publishes SHA‑256 digests for public documents.

Important

None of these files describe operational mechanics. They declare posture and boundaries.
